Returns and Cancellation Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please feel free to contact me to discuss the situation. I will offer a full refund or exchange, minus shipping fees, if any item excluding jewellery and tiaras are returned to me within seven days of receipt in the condition they were sent out in (unless item has been damaged in post).

For the return of jewellery and tiara's all items must be unworn with the seals untouched. due to reasons of hygiene. Sets that contain earrings are also included in this policy. Seals that have been damaged or broken, and items that appear to have been worn will be excluded from the returns policy, no exchange or refund will be given.

If you intend to return the items you are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) prior to your cancellation of the order. Should you decide to return an item, I will refund your money (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of reciept of the item/s.
