Postage & Shipping

Standard postage rates apply to all our items in store and are taken on an average weight basis. For purchases of more than 1 item, combined postage (taken on combined average weight) will be calculated. You will be able to view this postage cost both in your shopping basket and at the checkout. For Standard UK deliveries we currently employ the use of Royal Mail First Class Standard Service. We also make available at an additional cost the ability to upgrade to Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery. For packages over £75.00 it is advised that the recorded delivery option is used.

In an effort to improve our service we are currently looking into Tracking our postage items and hope to be able to implement this later this spring. This will enable both us and you to keep track of where your item is throughout the delivery process.

If within 7 working days your parcel has failed to arrive please contact us immediately and we will investigate into the issue and get back to you within 24 hours. Mystic Spirit will not be held accountable if a failed delivery is not reported within 21 days of the item's posting date.

International Shipping

At this time Mystic Spirit only ships to addresses within the U.K. (excluding the Channel Islands). We are currently looking to expand to an international customer base in the near future, and hope to be able to offer this facility later this autumn.
