Mystic Spirit is committed to protecting your privacy and all information gathered by us is kept in confidence. We do not share or sell any of your information to anyone including internal customers. The details we collect from you help us to process your order quickly and efficently in order to provide you with the best possible service. These details are not used for any other purpose.

The ONLY emails customers will receive from Mystic Spirit will be to welcome you as a customer and to keep you informed of an order status that you have placed with us. We will never ask for financial information or password confirmation to any email/bank/checkout account you own.

We currently do NOT send out Newsletters to any of our customers. If there are a large number of requests for a newsletter outlining our new products, special offers and items of interest we will happily provide an online Newsletter or email Newsletter to a voluntary subscription list only.
