I’m Helena, and I created Mystic Spirit to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place to find clarity, guidance and support when life feels uncertain.

You’ll also find spiritual guides, journals and resources created to help with relationships, heartbreak, healing, intuition and finding your way forward.

As a natural clairsentient, I work intuitively with emotions, energy and the things that are often felt but left unsaid. Whether you’re struggling with love, trying to understand someone’s behaviour, facing a difficult decision or simply feeling lost, my aim is to help you see things more clearly.
